VENRES BINDER 10

  VENRES BINDER 10 is an aqueous polyacrylate dispersion. It produces very soft film with low tackiness in finishing of leather.
  CHARACTERISTICS:
 
Appearance : Bluish white translucent emulsion
pH : 6.5 - 7.5
Solid content : 35 - 37%
  SPECIAL FEATURES:
 
  • Can be used as a component for grain-tightening impregnations on buffed and full grain leathers.
  • Can be used in top coats for good smoothness and outstanding fastness properties.
  APPLICATION:
 

For grain impregnation

 : 150-200 g/m2 by spraying.

VENRES BINDER 10 can be used to a great advantage in finishing shoe upper, upholstery and similar leathers for better adhesion, rub fastness and overall properties.

The finishing season shall comprise pigment dispersion, VENRES BINDER 10, and other modifying auxiliaries as per requirements.

VENRES BINDER 10 may also be combined with PU dispersion for top upgradation of leather.
  STORAGE STABILITY:
  More than one year if stored properly at ambient temperature in supplied packing.
