VENSOFT GG - 100

  VENSOFT - GG - 100 is a cationic fat liquor based on fatty acid condensation products, finding use in a wide variety of applications in leather industry. Of high light fastness and stability to electrolytes.
  CHARACTERISTICS:
 
Appearance : Off-white flakes
pH of 10% solution : 4.0 - 5.0
Stable to : Acids, salts
Compatible with : Cationics, nonionics
Solubility : Dilutable with hot water at 50° - 60°C initially and
then cold water
  APPLICATION:
 
Used as a main fatliquor in chrome tanning, as a top fatliquor in suede leather.

Examples of application : Dilute product to 20% and use as follows
In chrome tannage : 0.2 - 0.5% grain leather
: 0.5 - 1.5% suede leather on pelt weight
In main fatliquoring : 2 - 4% on shaved weight
: 0.3% on neutral oil
In top fatliquoring : 0.3 - 0.5% on shaved weight
Handle modifier : 10% solution with 100 gpl isopropanol
Upgrading defective leathers as above.
  STORAGE STABILITY:
  More than one year if stored properly at ambient temperature in supplied packing.
