T.I.Notes  
  VENSOFT SFC CONC. is a concentrated fatliquoring agent useful as an excellent handle modifier in leather industry. It is based on fatty acid condensation products.
  CHARACTERISTICS:
 
Appearance : Creamish white pourable paste
pH of 10% solution : 7.5 - 9.5
Dry content : Min. 90%
Stability : Very good stability to electrolytes
Solubility : Dilutable with hot water at 50° - 60°C
Ionic Nature : Non-ionic
  SPECIAL FEATURES:
 
  • It imparts extremely soft and elegant handle to suede, nubucks & full grain leathers.
  • It has very good light fastness and thus is suitable for white and pastel shade leathers.
  • It can be added to main fatliquoring bath.
  APPLICATION:
 

The product can be diluted to 15 - 20% solid content level and used as below :
For suede, nubuck & full grain leathers : 1-3% ( on shaved wt.) to be added to
acidified, exhausted dye bath or final
wash bath.
In the main fatliquoring : 3-6% ( on shaved wt. )
  STORAGE STABILITY:
  More than one year if stored properly at ambient temperature in supplied packing.
