  VENTAN DNS is Napthalene based dye leveling cum neutralizing syntan for use in leather industry.
  CHARACTERISTICS:
 
Appearance : Brown coloured powder
% moisture content : 5.0 max.
Solubility : Freely soluble in water.
pH of 10% emulsion : 6.0 - 7.0
  SPECIAL FEATURES:
 
  • It is used to neutralize chrome tanned leather for improving level dyeing .
  • It can also be used as dispersing agent in vegetable tannage and retannages.
  APPLICATION:
 
The recommended dosage is 2 - 3 %, on shaved wt., along with other neutralsing agents for neutralization of chrome tanned leathers.
The recommended dosage is 0.3 - 3%, on shaved wt., in dyeing.
The recommended dosage is 1 - 3 %, on shaved wt., for leather to be tanned with vegetable tannins.
  STORAGE STABILITY:
  More than one year if stored properly at ambient temperature in supplied packing.
