VENTAN DPS is dye leveling and dispersing syntan for vegetable and resin tannins, used in leather industry.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Appearance
: Beige coloured powder
% moisture content
: 5.0 max.
Solubility
: Freely soluble in water.
pH of 10% solution
: 6.5 - 7.5
SPECIAL FEATURES:
It is compatible with anionic and non-ionic products.
It helps in getting very good dispersion of vegetable & resin tanning agents in retanning process.
Suitable for use as leveling agent in dyeing leather with anionic dyes.
It improves the penetration of dyestuffs.
APPLICATION:
The recommended dosage is 1-2 %, on shaved wt., for level dyeing and penetration of dye on chrome / vegetable tanned leathers.
STORAGE STABILITY:
More than one year if stored properly at ambient temperature in supplied packing.
