VENTAN DRS is anionic synthetic resin syntan with inorganic fillers for use in leather industry.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Appearance
: Brown coloured powder
% moisture content
: 5.0 max.
Solubility
: Freely soluble in water with sediments.
pH of 10% solution
: 9.0 - 11.0
SPECIAL FEATURES:
Its use in retanning helps in filling empty parts of leather.
It's use in retanning gives good fullness and grain tightness with intense dyeing shades.
The leather has a round & medium soft handle.
Its use in retanning improves buffability of leather.
APPLICATION:
The recommended dosage is 4 - 5 %, on shaved wt., for upper leathers.
The recommended dosage is 2 - 4%, on shaved wt., for garment leather.
STORAGE STABILITY:
More than one year if stored properly at ambient temperature in supplied packing.
