  VENTAN MA is a retanning agent based on maleic-acrylic co-polymer. It can be used for retanning of all kinds of leathers for soft & mellow feel.
  CHARACTERISTICS:
 
Appearance : Pale yellow clear viscous liquid
pH : 7.0 - 9.0
Solid content : 28 - 32%
Solubility : Soluble in water
  SPECIAL FEATURES:
 
  • It is very much suitable for upholstery leathers. Retanning with Ventan MA helps withstand wet toggling.
  • Its use in retanning improves plumpness of leather.
  • It exhibits good selective filling properties & lightfastness.
  APPLICATION:
 

Recommended dosage for retanning of upholstery leathers is 3-5% after neutralisation.

Recommended dosage for retanning of cow / buffalo leathers is 3-5% after neutralisation.

Recommended dosage for retanning of cow, sheep & goat nappa leathers is 3-5% after neutralization.

  STORAGE STABILITY:
  More than one year if stored properly at ambient temperature in supplied packing.
