VENTAN PNS is phenolic neutralizing syntan for
use in leather industry.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
Especially suitable for neutralization during leather processing
for production of soft leathers. It's strong buffering action
avoids excessive neutralization.
It's use gives dye leveling effect.
Due to its stability to electrolytes, it can be used in compact
process of leather manufacturing.
It gives excellent grain smoothness due to its non-astringent
nature.
APPLICATION:
Neutralization of Shoe upper leather :
Recommended dosage is 1 - 3% Ventan PNS powder
on
shaved wt.
In compact process for cow upper :
Recommended dosage is 3 - 4% Ventan PNS powder
on
shaved wt.
STORAGE STABILITY:
More than one year if stored properly at ambient
temperature in supplied packing.
