  VENTAN RE is aqueous acrylic syntan particularly suitable for retanning of chrome tanned leather.
  CHARACTERISTICS:
 
Appearance : Pale yellow clear viscous liquid
pH : 6.0 - 7.0
Solid content : 38 - 42%
Solubility : Miscible with water
  SPECIAL FEATURES:
 
  • It is very effective retanning agent that fills the leather with excellent fineness and tightness of grain.
  • It has very good light fastness and thus is suitable for white and pastel shade leathers.
  • It is compatible with all syntans, vegetable extracts, anionic dyes and fatliquors.
  • Leathers retanned with VENTAN RE can be buffed easily and evenly.
  APPLICATION:
 

Recommended dosage for retanning of corrected grain leathers is 3-4% on shaved wt.

Recommended dosage for retanning of upholstery leathers is 2-3% on shaved wt.
  STORAGE STABILITY:
  More than one year if stored properly at ambient temperature in supplied packing.
