VENTAN VFL is a liquid phenolic syntan with good
light fastness for use in leather industry.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
It imparts a fine grain. Shrunk-grain leathers with flat grain
can be produced with using this product at low pH.
It is also suitable for retanning of reptile skins. It helps
in getting excellent dyeability in this case.
It is moderately lightfast and shows high fastness to ageing.
Due to medium-strong astringency of the product, it produces
tighter grain.
APPLICATION:
The recommended dosage for :
- Retanning of upper leathers is 4-5% on shaved wt.
- Retanning of suede from E.I. tanned leathers is 2 - 6% on
dry wt.
- Retanning of white & pastel shade leathers is 4 - 6%
on shaved wt.
STORAGE STABILITY:
More than one year if stored properly at ambient
temperature in supplied packing.
