T.I.Notes  
  VENWAX - H is a hard wax emulsion for use in leather industry. It is based on natural waxes.
  CHARACTERISTICS:
 
Appearance : Brown translucent liquid
% Solid contentt : 23 - 25 %.
Solubility : Freely soluble in water.
pH : 8.0 - 8.5
  SPECIAL FEATURES:
 
  • It forms hard and non-tacky film.
  • It can be used in base coat formulations for better plate release properties of finished leather .
  • It gives smooth and slightly waxy feel to the leather surface.
  • It gives excellent polishing properties with high degree of durable shine.
  APPLICATION:
 

In base coat for plate finishing :

100 parts pigment
20 - 40 parts VENWAX - H
300 - 500 parts water
200 parts acrylic binder
50 parts protein binder
Pad, plate at 60 deg. C / 100 bar.

For Burnishing effect :
70 - 100 parts VENWAX - H
water to make 1 liter
1-2 X spray coat
  STORAGE STABILITY:
  More than one year if stored properly at ambient temperature in supplied packing.
