The R&D centre is a dedicated research-based organization with over 30 years of expertise in the development, scale-up and manufacture of specialty chemicals. Over the years, we have developed chemical procedures for a wide range of chemistries. Our focus is towards creating cost-effective, yet efficient and safe methods for product development. Our products have been approved by various MNCs and are being supplied to a wide range of industries across the world.

We aim to be a Global R&D centre for Harcros Group. In order to achieve this vision, we have upgraded our facilities with a state-of-the-art pilot facilities, synthesis lab and product validation lab. The R&D centre is a DSIR (Govt. of India) approved In-House R&D Centre and houses the latest and cutting-edge research facilities with high performance instrumentation. The R&D team works 24/6 on development of new products and innovative technologies for our customers. The team is guided by very experienced technologists from India and US.

Our R&D strength is in ethoxylation and propoxylation. Apart from these chemistries, we also have experience in a wide range of other chemistries such as phosphation, sulfonation, alkylation and many others. We have the capability of develop processes based on our own knowledge and also scale-up and optimize existing processes for commercial production. Our chemists are trained and experienced to work under very short lead times and quickly develop solutions to our clients.
