Production and processing chemicals
Corrosion inhibitors form protective films on metal surfaces in pipelines, vessels, and downhole tubulars. Defoamers and demulsifiers control foam in drilling muds, gas lift, and separation trains while breaking water-in-oil and oil-in-water emulsions. Emulsifiers and solubilizers stabilize multiphase flows and improve dissolution of challenging actives in oilfield formulations.
H₂S scavenging and safety
H₂S scavengers including triazine-based systems react selectively with hydrogen sulfide to neutralize this toxic, corrosive gas in production fluids and gas streams—protecting personnel and assets while meeting sales-gas specifications.
Stimulation and enhanced recovery
Flowback aids improve return of fracturing fluids after well completion. Enhanced oil recovery (EOR) surfactants reduce interfacial tension and improve mobility of residual hydrocarbons—extending field life beyond primary recovery. Foaming agents support underbalanced drilling and gas lift where controlled foam is beneficial.
