Scouring and preparation
Before dyeing, synthetic fibres must be scoured to remove knitting oils, antistats, and oligomers that cause dye spots and roller deposits. Venus wetting agents and detergents improve liquor circulation in jet and overflow machines—critical for polyester microfibre and fine-denier yarns.
Dyeing and finishing
Dispersing and levelling agents stabilize disperse and acid dyes on polyester and nylon. For silk, mild surfactant systems protect lustre while removing sericin uniformly. Finishing auxiliaries improve hand, sewability, and functional properties on end-use articles.
